Week 21 - Handoff Process Design to Develop (05-12/05)

After completing the final usability tests for this phase and receiving feedback from the mentors about the MVP, this week we started focusing on the early transfer of design to the development team. One of the challenges we faced at this point was first of all to create full synchronization between the design team and the development team.

Our goal as a team was to work together and avoid mishaps that could delay the development team in their work. Therefore, we anticipated the late, and throughout the process, the design team consulted and shared with the development team on each side and step to avoid mishaps later.

As a result, the process that began this week was easier than expected and we are happy with the way we have chosen to proceed.

Most of the development work focused on establishing basic server methods and working on the Client-Side Layers. In addition, we integrated the Client's Backend on the screens we defined as MVP.

At the same time, we worked hard to distribute our database questionnaire and so far we have reached about 71 apartments.
