After the corrections, we made last week we went out for more usability tests, demand for the scenarios, and the KPIs we defined in previous weeks. From the tests we concluded:
We need to solve the issue of the specific reference to gender that exists in the product (in icons and micro-copies). For example here:

How did we solve this?
We used non-gender-specific icons and used non-gender language, For example:

2. We concluded that we need to emphasize the 3 main points that bring value to the user: past tenant rating, who the tenants were in the apartment (single, couple, partners, or family), and the time frame in which they lived in the apartment. Therefore, we have chosen to change the way the screen is displayed.
Before on the left, After on the right:

3. In addition, we understood that the interface of the apartment profile needed to be changed, although we thought that it was intuitive and clear that we noticed that the above might drive away from some users, so we changed it accordingly.

4. Emphasis on visuals and pictures for illustration - We understood that it is necessary to show the images and not to hide them in a negligible place later in the scrolling of the page, but to place them in a central location. Also, we were presented with the need to see pictures not necessarily of faults but also of the daily routine taken by the tenants - which may give an extra layer of information in order to make the right decision.

5. Lastly, we have added a tab navigation menu that will make it easier for the user to navigate between the different parts of the profile screen and understand the message.

Besides, we started working hard on the other screens we have left for the MVP, such as the home screen (where we are searching the apartment) :

Moreover, we worked on the survey that we are interested in conveying to the target audience to start building the initial database that we will assimilate into the app.
Attached is a video illustrating the survey after work:
